Your Right...My Responsibility
When meeting with a Guidance Counsellor, you have the right to confidentiality.
Only with your permission can confidentiality be dissolved.
Exceptions: A Guidance Counsellor is obliged by law to break confidentiality if:
1. You are at risk of harming yourself.
2. You are at risk of harming others.
3. You are being harmed by someone else.
