IMPORTANT:
- Before you participate in the Hospital Opportunity Program for Students, you will have to obtain the consent of your parents. In addition, you will have to inform your teachers and mutually agree upon how you will make up for any missed tests or assignments.
- The main objective of the program is to sensitize students to the “general” functioning of a hospital through an observational and, on occasion, a participatory format.
- Due to the limited number of spaces available within each department, it is not possible to permit each student to select departments of his/her choice.
- The Auxiliary will assign each student to different departments during the course of the program.
- The student will attend 10 rotations and 4 evening lectures held at the Jewish General Hospital.
- Upon successful completion of the program, each participant will receive a certificate.
